Project Graduation Parent Volunteer Form

WANTED: JUNIOR, SOPHOMORE & FRESHMAN PARENTS

(Senior Parents are WELECOME, too!)

Project Graduation '13 needs you!

The Project Graduation Committee is looking for volunteers to be on the planning committee for the Project Graduation '13 and for volunteers to help out during the day and evening of Project Graduation '13 (June 9, 2013). It takes over 60 volunteers to plan and supervise this event. Please consider volunteering to help keep this event going for this year's graduates and for our future graduates.

Help sell Smoothies on Friday mornings from 8:15 - 9:00am.

6/9 - 9am - Noon: Pick up items for night of the event to be delivered to the Sports Pavilion

6/9 - 8pm - 11pm: Pick up prizes and food and deliver to the Sports Pavilion.

6/9 - 3pm - 6pm: Help with setup and decorating

6/9 - 6pm - 9pm: Help with setup and decorating

6/9 - 9pm - Midnight: Help with setup and decorating

6/10 - 4:30am: Help clean-up the Pavilion
