Upon receipt, we will send you notice of receipt and a move out check list. Save the receipt for your records.

You have the right to be present for the walk through. You must call the office at 817 560-4900 to find out the time the walk through is scheduled.

Deposit status will be determined within 30 days of date keys are turned over to TLEC.

30 day notice does not relieve tenant of lease of contract obligations.
