Conference Fees

This fee is a flat rate, in American dollars, that includes the Thursday & Friday evening receptions and the Saturday buffet luncheon. Taxes are included in the prices, where applicable. Please note: Participants whose registration fee is not received by October 1 will not be included in the final program.

Cancellations received before September 1, 2010 will be fully refunded. Cancellations received between September 1 and October 1, 2010 will be refunded, minus a $25 administration fee. Any cancellations received after October 1 will not be refunded.
