Payment for flights is considered to be a donation towards our children's programme.

HOW TO BOOK A FLIGHT
(Private passengers only)

1. To reserve your seats, please complete this online booking form indicating which flights you wish to purchase.

2. When we have received your booking form, we will contact you within 3 days to confirm if the seats are available and we will then reserve your seats.*

3. When your seats are reserved, payment for the flights should be lodged to our bank account within 5 working days (you will receive account details by email). If we do not receive payment within 5 working days, the seats will no longer be held for you.

4. After payment is received, we will email your receipt within 3 days and your flights are confirmed.

*If your preferred flight is not available, we will contact you to suggest booking an alternative date.

Unaccompanied Minors: Please note, Chernobyl Children's Trust does not accept flight bookings for unaccompanied minors or children under 16 years old (at date of travel). Under Belarusian law, persons under the age of 18, must have written & notarised permission from parents or guardians to travel abroad.

These flights are operated by Belavia Airlines as non-commercial humanitarian charter flights.
CCT shall bear no responsibility in the event of 'force majeure' such as unfavourable weather conditions or any other factors beyond the control of CCT, which may prevent the airline from operating the flight or being forced to divert to an alternative airport.
CCT has the right to change the passenger booking and/or the price of flights in the event of any error on our web site, web pages and/or any publications about these flights. The passenger will be notified of any such error and subsequent change.
The flights are operated under normal aircraft and international regulations, but no EU compensation legislation applies.
Each passenger can have up to 30Kgs checked-in luggage and 5Kgs of hand luggage.
Infants under two years old (at date of travel) will travel for free.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to be at the airport of departure no later than two hours before departure time and to ensure all travel documentation is in order.
It should be noted that the charity must pay Belavia for all seats whether all passengers fly or not, therefore CCT is not in a position to give refunds for any passenger who does not travel.
Proceeds from the flight sales are used to cover costs of Belarusian children's holidays and to support CCT’s humanitarian work in Belarus. It should be noted that payment for flights is considered to be a donation towards this charitable work.
