PaACC Poster Abstract Submission Form

Thank you for your interest in submitting an abstract for consideration at the
PaACC 2012 FIT Educational Conference - Cardiac Cath Lab: Basic to Advanced Concepts
April 28th, at the Crowne Plaza Valley Forge, in King of Prussia, PA
or
May 12th, at the Four Points Sheraton - Pittsburgh North in Mars, PA.

Abstracts must be submitted by April 2, 2012
Acceptance Notification will be April 6, 2012

To be eligible

You should be in active training at the time of the meeting.
Presented materials may derive from original clinical or basic research, not case studies.
Research already accepted for presentation at a national meeting is not eligible for this competition.
While we hope for a good response, a minimum of 5 abstracts must be accepted per meeting location in order for the competition to be held.

The poster session will include monetary awards of $1000, $750, and $500 to 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place winners respectively.
The posters are to be brought in paper format only.
All poster presenters need to be present on Saturday for the award announcements.
