UFCW Local 75 Foundation Inc. Coronavirus Emergency Hardship Fund Application

UFCW Local 75 Foundation Inc. has established a Coronavirus Emergency Hardship Fund to help our membership during the difficult times of the coronavirus pandemic.

The Fund offers direct financial assistance to members impacted by COVID-19.

To receive an Emergency Hardship payment of up to $250, applicant must be a UFCW Local 75 Member who is past their probationary period and has one of the following hardships:

-Loss of income due to COVID-19 diagnosis

-Loss of income due to health care provider recommended quarantine

-Loss of income due to Employer-required quarantine

-Loss of income associated with caring for a family member diagnosed with COVID-19

-Loss of income due to quarantine by government order

-Additional childcare expenses related to COVID-19 from a certified provider

The amount of this Coronavirus Emergency Hardship Fund payment is limited to a maximum of $250 per member and any hardship payment is determined at the sole discretion of the Coronavirus Emergency Hardship Committee of UFCW Local 75 Foundation Inc.

Members can only receive one (1) Coronavirus Emergency Hardship Fund payment per year.
