2025 RA Local Community Service Award

The 1995 NYSUT Representative Assembly passed a resolution establishing an award to recognize a local’s collective and sustained contributions to community service.

Local presidents can nominate their local for this recognition by writing a brief summary (in a bulleted format) of the local’s contributions that have significantly impacted the community and resulted in outreach on the part of the local during the 2024 calendar year.
