2025 RA Life Line Honor Roll Nomination Form

Many times our members risk their own safety and lives to save the life of another. As we enter the 23rd anniversary of this award, NYSUT is looking to add to its Life Line Honor Roll by listing the names of those members who have saved a life during 2024.

Individuals will be recognized with a personal plaque. Names will also be displayed at the 2025 NYSUT RA.
