Which frequency did you sign up for? *
We recommend our refresh/health check occur on Fridays to keep things easy and streamlined! Does this work for you? Also keep in mind, no matter which day you choose, we do need all information (new photos/requests) at least 4 days ahead of your next refresh date (so for Fridays, this would mean we need any new photos/requests by the end of day Monday prior to your next refresh). *

When you don't have any specific requests for a particular refresh/health check, we will have a standard that we will apply! This can either be our Hot Mess standard OR a standard that we work out together that works for you!

Our Hot Mess standard would be:
- That we would pull new photos from your latest arrivals at our discretion for your refresh.
- And that we would automatically update your graphics slightly, still within branding guidelines, to keep things fresh.

So if we don't hear other specific requests from you (again, those will always be due at least 72 hours ahead of your next scheduled refresh), we would apply your standard UNLESS you'd like to give us other specific guidelines that you want us to follow as your standard? *
