Welcome to the Itty Bitty Kitty Committee adoption program. We request the following information so that we can assist you in the selection of a new cat. This form and a consultation with an Itty Bitty Kitty Committee representative are designed to help you find the cat most compatible with your lifestyle and to assure the lifelong safety of our cats. We operate the program as volunteers so please give us at least 48 hours to review your application. Upon review of the application, the IBKC adoption committee will reach out. Please respond, even if you've changed your mind about adopting. We do charge a small adoption fee of $75.00 but offer BOGO if you adopt two. All of our cats/kittens available for adoption are aids/leukemia tested negative, fixed, fully vaccinated, de-wormed, flea treated, and microchipped.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If for some reason the adoption does not work out you are REQUIRED to contact us. Do not adopt to someone else without permission from this group. The new adopter will be required to complete and submit a new application and agreement. Otherwise the animal MUST in all cases be returned to this group.
