WHO MUST APPLY
 
All persons who wish to teach training courses for the assessment, decontamination or sampling of methamphetamine-affected properties in the state of Colorado. Department approval is required under 6 CCR 1014-3, Part 2. Approval is valid for two (2) years.

Consultant
1. Fee specified in Part II above.
2. Documentation of high school diploma or GED.
3. Documentation of compliance with the industrial hygienist qualifications set forth in 24-30-1402, C.R.S., including documentation of degrees and experience claimed or instruction received. Documenation of experience claimed must include submission of employment references, including telephone numbers.
4. Documentation demonstrating a minimum of five (5) years of field experience conducting methamphetamine-affected property assessment and sampling. Documentation must include submission of employment references, including telephone numbers.
 
Decontamination Worker, Decontamination Supervisor, Ventilation Contractor
1. Fee specified in Part II above, for each course.
2. Documentation of high school diploma or GED.
3. Documentation demonstrating a minimum of five (5) years of field experience in the subject(s) to be taught. Documentation must include submission of employment references, including telephone numbers.
