Under 6 CCR 1007-2 Section 18 of the Colorado Regulations Pertaining to Solid Waste Sites and Facilities, waste grease transporters must report annually to the department on or before February 1st of each year, reporting on their waste grease transporting activities of the previous calendar year.
6 CCR 1007-2 Section18 of the Colorado Regulations Pertaining to Solid Waste Sites and Facilities requires that all waste grease transporters acquire and maintain financial assurance in the amount of $10,000 for any required costs for the cleanup and proper disposal of waste grease.
