a. The Waste Management requirements as described in the VSQG Waste Collection Facility Guidance.

b. The Preparedness/Prevention and Training requirements as described in the VSQG Waste Collection Facility Guidance.

c. The Contingency Plan and Closure Plan requirements as described in the VSQG Waste Collection Facility Guidance.
