What do you need help with?

How can I login and view my customer's reports?
  1. Click here to open the 'Digital Fact Sheet'
  2. Insert the appropriate Account Number in the "Enter Account Number" field OR locate the appropriate customer from the dropdown list.
  3. Click 'Get Report'
  4. Click on the 'View' link under 'View Customer Reports'
 
Please Note: If your Account is an IP Account, you will need to add a leading "0" (Ex - 020681054)


 
You will be able to see the same reports as a customer but your view will be different.  Click on the below box to see how what you (an Ecolab associate) will see in comparison to your customer.
 
For navigating back and forth within the tool, you will need to use the arrow within the browser (click 'view' below).

How do I make edits to the information I see on the Ditigal Fact Sheet?

How do I access my OR customer's baseline results?
 
After completing an ORP customer baseline in the mobile app you can view the results in the EnCompass Reports folder: ORP Baseline Results
