How can I group specific-assets together (e.g for a specific type of customer)?
Groups
Groups allow you to group documents into a call. Tap on the Groups icon at the bottom of the menu page
Create a New Group
- Tap the Add New Group field on the top left-hand side of the screen
- Name the Group
- Tap Done
Add Assets to a Group
- Identify and Open the asset you would like to add to a Group
- Tap the Group icon on the top right hand side of the screen
- Tap the Group name(s) that you would like to add the asset to
- There will be a check mark when the asset is added to the Group
Add Multiple Assets to the Group
- Open the Library or Folder
- Tap the Group icon on the top right hand side of the scree
- Tap the Group name that you would like to add the asset to
- Tap Add All or Select
- Select the assets you would like to add
- There will be a check mark next to the asset when it is selected
- Tap Done
Please Note: To remove items, tap on Edit in the right corner of the menu screen
