Data protection information for association members
The provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) have been in effect since May 25, 2018. We take data protection very seriously, which is why we would like to inform you how we handle your personal data.
Puente Nica e.V. collects and stores the following personal data, if given: name, date of birth, address, email address, telephone number, date of joining, account details, donation amount and purpose. The data are used exclusively for member administration and for association purposes. These data will be deleted immediately as soon as the member leaves (except for data for which a statutory retention period exists). Membership can be revoked informally at any time. Every member can access, delete or change their personal data at any time. You can also object to the processing of your personal data at any time and you have the option of contacting a data protection authority and lodging a complaint there.
We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible. With your declaration of membership, you agree that you may be contacted by Puente Nica e.V. by post and / or email to provide you with important information about the association's work.
Active members also agree that they can use their name and picture as part of the association's work on the homepage, in social networks, newsletters and public information documents such as Minutes of meetings may be mentioned.
If you have any questions regarding the management and / or use of your data, please contact contact@puentenica.com.
