When you sign up for the IMENA membership, you will be charged a one time fee of $69. The monthly fee of $10 is charged on the 1st of every month while you are an IMENA member. * 🛈
Terms of the IMENA Membership.
 
All appointments scheduled with Owner and Master Stylist Tami C. incur an additional $50 charge at the time of booking. A waiver of this fee can be requested and will be granted on a case by case basis and at the sole discretion of Tammy Williams. 
 
All appointment types are paid for at the time an appointment is booked and confirmed.
 
The General membership ($95) is great for busy professionals who want fast salon service and great styling. Come with your hair clean and ready to be styled. Natural or straight styles included. There is no shampoo or conditioner service with this plan option.

The Silver plan ($135) covers multiple different beauty services including natural hair styles. This level includes shampoo, deep condition, trims, and steam treatments.

The Gold plan ($235) includes all of the benefits of the Silver membership and also includes your choice of single process color, cuts, extension ponytails or clip in extensions to add volume as well as crochet weaves (hair is not included but can be provided for an additional fee). 

The  Diamond plan ($485) covers our two strand twist or braided extension styles as well as our full head weave hair services. This plan also covers Interloc hair styles up to 4 hours. There is an additional charge for every hour over 4 hours for loc extensions, twists or braided styles. 

You can use your membership at any of our partner salon and spa locations that accept our membership. Just choose your location when you book your appointment on our website. To use your membership, all appointments have to be made through IMENA. You cannot book appointments directly with stylists or our partner salons with your membership.
 
You should not book with any stylist in our group or location oustide of your membership. We all work together as a collective. 
 
HOW THE MEMBERSHIP WORKS

1 - There is a 1 time registration fee of $69.

2 - Getting any service within the month is considered using a scheduled appointment, even if you are paying additional for a service not included in your plan.

3 - Check with IMENA management to see which services are allowed in each visit. 

4 - If you want to get a service that is not included in your appointment, you can upgrade your appointment to the appointment type that covers it. Your stylist will let IMENA management know and you will be charged the additional amount for that appointment. 

5 - The monthly membership fee of $10 is charged on the 1st of every month. This amount is appplied toward the cost of your first booked appointment within the month. This amount does not roll over to another month. The $10 can also be used to purchase products from our website. 

6 - Taxes are included in the price. Your card will be charged on the 1st of every month.  If your method of payment is declined you will receive notice through phone and / or email asking for a valid method of payment. If we do not receive a valid mthod of payment before the month ends your account will be closed. 

7 - All appointment can be made through our website portal or by email or phone. 

8 - IMENA charges a $10 monthly membership fee to all it's client members. This fee is charged automatically every month. 

9 - You can cancel your membership at any time.

10 - As a member you will receive special offers and incentives throughout the year. These offers are usually announced through our newsletter or social media pages. 

11 - If you want to change your automatic billing plan at any time written notice (email) must be given to IMENA inc. prior to the 1st of the month.  

12 - You may upgrade to a higher appointment anytime.  You cannot downgrade your appointment once you have made your payment.

13 - You can reschedule your appointment with 24 hours notice.  if you schedule an appointment and then change or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice we will not be able to reimburse your payment. Availability and rescheduling will be at the discretion of salon management.

14 - Lateness creates a backlog in the salon schedule. All members and walk-in clients are given a grace period of 15 minutes. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will have to pay a late fee of $10. If you are 30 minutes late you will have to pay a late fee of $20. If you are more than 45 minutes late your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This is necessary to ensure that our wait times for service stay good and to cover the cost of staff for extra time worked due to lateness. If you cancel or change your appointment time within less than 24 hours of a scheduled appointment you will forfeit your appointment and the cost of the appointment. Any fees charged to your card will be notified through email receipt. 

15 -You can share your visits with family members and friends. You must schedule all visits even those made for family and friends. All stylists in the IMENA Collective are adhering to the prices of the membership appointments listed in this agreement. There should be no additional charges or up sells on services during your appointment. If you experience this please bring it to the attention of IMENA immediately. 

16 - Same day appointments are generally not easy to schedule. We request that you schedule your appointment in advance to have a better chance of getting the appointment dates and times that work best for you. The further in advance you request your appointment, the more likely you are to get the dates and times you want. 

17 - Gratuity: Tips are not included in your monthly plan price. While tipping is not mandatory, please note that just like waiters, waitresses, hotel staff, doormen and other service professionals, tips are a huge part of a stylists’ overall salary. Generous tips are also a way that allows us to keep the membership price affordable to our members. Our request is that as a member, you tip on the full price of your services. We can provide you with that price at the end of your appointment. Customary tips in the service field are anywhere from 18% - $30% of the price of the service. 

18 - Refunds are not given.  You are encouraged to use your remaining credits or scheduled appointmetns before cancelling your membership.

19 - Our major mode of communication with our members is through email. Updates, scheduling, and other important updates are given regularly through group emails. Please keep a valid email address on file with us to ensure that you receive any and all announcements regarding the salon. 

20 - IMENA inc. reserves the right to change the above policies and procedures of the IMENA client membership at any time. 
 
21 - You can earn free General IMENA appointments by sharing the IMENA membership. When someone you refer signs up for membership, you get a free appointment. 
 
22 - All members receive a free General membership during the month of their birthday. 

THIS AGREEMENT IS GOOD FROM THE DATE SIGNED BELOW THRU TO DECEMBER of the year you are registering. This offer will automatically renew unless you state in writing that you wish to stop your membership. To stop your membership at any time, you can send an email to imenainc@gmail.com.
