Calling all Youth Ship and Troop Leaders!
ILSS and ILST teaches Scouts with leadership positions about their new roles and how to most effectively reach success in their role. Through ILSS and ILST Scouts will understand their Leadership responsibilities and will equip them with organizational and leadership skills.
Youth attending this training must have earned Scout Rank or higher!
