Join the group on a cultural walking tour of Lisbon, where you'll explore historic neighborhoods, marvel at iconic landmarks, and immerse yourself in the city's rich heritage. As the day turns to evening, gather with your fellow travelers for a delightful dinner at a local restaurant, enjoying traditional Portuguese dishes and lively conversation. It's the perfect blend of discovery and camaraderie in Portugal's vibrant capital. As a part of the afternoon, attendees will be able to choose between participation in a Azulejo (Portuguese Tile) workshop, or a Pastel de Nata (Portuguese Tart) Workshop.

Tilework (Azulejo) is a national art form, achieving unparalleled quality and diversity of uses nowhere else in the world. Participants will learn about the history of azulejos, various techniques, and conceptual approaches. Each participant will also have the opportunity to create their own tile (azulejo), which they can take home as a souvenir.

Pastel de Nata is the quintessential Portuguese pastry, beloved and emblematic of Portuguese culture. Explore the history of this iconic treat and learn the traditional recipe with a skilled pastry chef. You'll also gain the skills to recreate this delightful pastry in your own kitchen.
