Spring 2017 Enrollment Snapshot

The Legislative Budget Board (LBB) requires the Coordinating Board to submit final formula data (contact hours and student success points) on March 1, 2017.  The LBB uses this information to update the appropriations bill for the 85th Texas Legislature.  The deadline to have your college's CBM reports error-free is February 15, 2017.  Certainly that official government reporting is more important than this unofficial snapshot I am requesting.  If you need to choose between completing this survey and working on your CBM reports, make the CBM report the priority.

However, it would be helpful to get an idea of what will happen across the state with the updated contact hours.  To that end, please complete the following 5 question online survey.  The survey is open now (February 9th) and the link will close at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 13th.

Thanks in advance for your help and let me know if you have any questions.

SPRING HEADCOUNT
In an effort to keep TACC membership informed on student enrollment around the state, please answer the following questions.  Your responses should be the same number you would give to your local press or to a campus briefing on how fall enrollment is going at the present time.

SPRING CONTACT HOURS
Please provide contact hour data for courses that award semester hour credit (both semester-length and flex) that will be reported on the CBM004.  Report only contact hours that qualify for state reimbursement (e.g., no 3-pete courses, no dual credit PE).
