I have reviewed the Nationals Event Manual, the Pop Warner Codes of Conduct, the Disciplinary Review Board (DRB) Conditions, Personal Responsibility and Sportsmanship Memos and the rules of behavior at your designated event hotels and the Orange County Convention Center with my entire coaching staff, team, parents and guests. On behalf of the aforementioned persons, I hereby acknowledge, understand and accept all of these terms as well as all Pop Warner rules, policies and regulations as a fair and integral part of a premier championship event experience, agree to all of the aforementioned rules, policies and procedures contained herein while our team is in Orlando or the Pop Warner Cheer and Dance Nationals.
