Educational Award Application

APPLICANT INFORMATION

Applicants must be COF members in good standing for at least 15 months prior to applying and 17 years of age or older. 50 winners will be picked in a random drawing in July.

If you are selected for the award, we will follow up with you via the email address you provide when you apply. To receive the award you must provide proof of acceptance and registration or proof of attendance at an accredited college, university, technical or trade school. The award is paid directly to the student.

Applicants who do not win may apply again the following year. Previous winners and winners of the Fraternal Scholarship are not eligible to apply.
