(2) Please advertise and promote event to your clients, family & friends (via email, text, social media) so that together we can all cross-utilize resources and advertisement incentives

(3) It is asked that every person attending vendors included have completed a registration prior to table reservation

(4) We are requesting one item (any value) to be donated for raffle

(5) In addition to the person listed on this form, one person to assist with set up is welcome
