You will need to know your CommCell ID Number in order to request a Maintenance Advantage account with CommVault. Only One (1) End user may be the primary contact. Once the account has been setup and you are sent a Login and Password, you can enter MA and add additional users as "sub-accounts".
Please be aware you CAN NOT open a trouble ticket using Maintenance Advantage if you are a Hitachi Customer. You must open a ticket via our support line (https://portal.hds.com/index.php/contact-us/customer-assistance). Once the ticket has been opened with CommVault, all subsequent interaction will be directly with CommVault and you can use Maintenance Advantage to track the progress of your ticket.
