Dear Community Member,

Help us plan for the future of the Mequon-Thiensville School District! We are asking all MTSD residents to take a survey to review the district’s facility needs, consider possible solutions, and provide input and feedback. 

The survey follows the recent work of district leadership and an independent community task force to evaluate the district’s facility needs and identify priorities for the community’s consideration.

The anonymous survey is open from November 19 through December 4, 2019. The estimated time required to complete the survey is 15 minutes. We respect your time and want to emphasize the importance of your participation.

Information from the survey will be used by district leaders and the Board of Education to evaluate solutions that meet district needs, are financially responsible, and move the community forward.
