Changing the delivery mode of a subject can only be done prior to census. Please confirm the census date has not passed for this subject: *

If the census date has passed for the subjects you are withdrawing from you may be eligible for a Compassionate Withdrawal if you meet the Commonwealth Government's definition of "Special Circumstances". 
 
Special circumstances must have a significant impact on you and your ability to complete the subject/s you have undertaken to study. Therefore you must demonstrate that the circumstances:
 
Are beyond your control; are not a result of your action or inaction; and are unusual, uncommon or abnormal;
AND
Occur on or after the census date OR occur before the census date, but worsen after that day, OR occur before the census date but the full effect or magnitude does not become apparent until on or after that day;
AND
Make it impossible in practice for you to complete the attendance and/or assessment requirements of your subject/s.

I understand that I must return my student card to Student Services as I can no longer use it to claim student discounts. I also acknowledge it is my responsibility to notify Centrelink of this change as it will have implications for any benefits I may be receiving. I understand that I must return all loan materials to the Tabor Library immediately.
