Resident Acknowledgement
I hereby agree to rent this suite for the lease term stated above in accordance with the information above.  I understand that the Holding Fee Payment made on this date is not a security deposit but will be re-designated as a payment toward the Security Deposit when I sign the Lease and take possession of my unit.  Any amount of the Holding Fee Payment or Security Deposit not returned to me shall be considered liquidated damages, it being specifically understood and agreed by me that the damages suffered by The Levin Group due to my election not to sign the Lease or take possession of my unit after I sign the Lease are difficult to ascertain and prove.
Upon completing this application, you will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your holding fee payment. Additionally, a one-time online convenience fee of $25.00 for a one bedroom apartment and $30.00 for a two bedroom apartment will be added to your first month's rent.

I understand that if my application is approved and I sign a lease for the apartment, I will be required to obtain and maintain throughout my tenancy renter’s insurance coverage for my personal property located within the Premises and be required to provide proof of renter’s insurance to Management at move-in and at each renewal.  I further understand that I will be required to obtain and maintain throughout my tenancy property damage liability coverage in the minimum amount of $100,000.00 per occurrence either through a provider of my choice or by electing to participate in the property damage loss waiver option program offered by Management.
