You must fully inspect your units before bringing them to us for repair. If the units have been in storage or have not been used for 2 or more weeks, there is a high possibility of the units being moldy. We will not work on the units if they are moldy. We cannot work on the units if they are wet, dirty, or sandy. Be sure to inspect the units, and if needed, clean and dry the units before bringing them to our warehouse for repair.
**WE DO NOT REPAIR UNITS WITH MOLD**
**Min. $45 per unit handling fee charged if mold is found**
We can not repair units with Fex Seal, Duct Tape, Gorrilla Tape or residue.
