Son Seekers Summer Camp 2021 Registration!
Please note all children must be at least 5 years old as of May 26th in order to register!  Children who have already entered the 6th grade, or who will be 12 prior to May 26th are not eligible to enroll.
New families: We need to make sure you already completed STEP ONE of registration!  Please enter the passcode given to you on the success page of your Sandbox enrollment form.

Summer Camp tuition is $120/week/child.  (3rd child is $100/week)
Registration fee: $60/child (up to $120) for each new/returning child.
Activity fee: $135/child 
By submitting this form, you are holding a spot for your child and agree to pay tuition in full, regardless of attendance or start/end date Wednesday, May 26th through Friday, August 6th.  <<$72 charge on 5/26, followed by 10 weeks at $120/week beginning 5/31>>   I understand that notices to withdraw prior to 8/6/21 will not be accepted. If school starts back prior to August 6th, tuition will be prorated accordingly. If school starts back after Aug 9th, an option to continue will be given.
   Tuition Draft: Tuition (including any unpaid NSF fees, late pick-up fees, returned balances, etc.) is drafted each Monday. (and on Wed. 5/26 for the partial first week)  We cannot stop a draft payment on the due date. It is in processing as of that morning and we are not able to reverse it.
   Late Pick-up: A flat $5 fee applies 6:01-6:05. An additional $2/min fee applies after 6:05.
   Returned payments:  A $15 fee applies to all late/returned payments.
 
FIELD TRIPS:
Your child must be signed in BY THE TIME LISTED ON THE CALENDAR. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes in advance to avoid any potential issues. THIS POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS to allow for a stress free experience for our staff and your child! We love your child as much as the next, but unfortunately they can't be the exception to this rule for 10 minutes or 1 minute!  So that we can focus on field trip prep and safety precautions, discussions, phone calls, etc. will not be held during prep time.  Please take responsiblity for a timely arrival so that we can all have a great day!
Field trip shirts must be worn for EVERY field trip! (for safety and easy identification by our staff and staff at our field trip destinations)
A Sack lunch --NO PEANUTS/PEANUT BUTTER-- is needed EVERY DAY. (We cannot refrigerate or heat meals)
    A $10 fee applies if we must provide a lunch.
No outside belongings/toys/phones/electronics/blankets/pillows, etc. are allowed.  We will not be responsible for lost or broken belongings.
