Rules:   General rules are based on USCF Bughouse rulebook and will be judged by two certified USCF tournament directors whose decisions are final.    The tournament is "clock move".  The move is not over unless the clock is hit.  Students may talk to their partner as long as they do not touch the partner's pieces.  All checkmates must be declared by the player.  All players are responsible for challenging illegal moves or errors.   Illegal moves are grounds for an automatic loss if the opponent recognizes it by taking a king. In this tournament, spectators are allowed but no other player or spectator may interrupt the game by talking or motioning in any way.
