Terms and Conditions Cancellation Policy -

Notice of Right to Cancel:
You may cancel this contract, without any penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the 3rd day which begins after the date the contract is signed by you.
To cancel this contract, you can choose one of the three options:
1. Deliver a signed copy during SCFM business hours 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
2. Email: info@secondchancefinancialmgt.com
3. Fax: (302) 730-8815
A copy of your cancellation notice, or any other written notice should be submitted before midnight on the 3rd day which begins after the date, you have signed this contract stating "I hereby cancel this transaction, (date) and (purchaser's signature).
Upon the completion of this information, SCFM will then DEDUCT the Enrollment/Audit fee and refund the balance.
