Pacific Crest Return Policy

At Pacific Crest, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please follow the guidelines below:

Return claims must be made within one year of the original purchase date. All credits issued by Pacific Crest are merchandise credits which can be applied to future purchases of products and/or services; we do not provide cash refunds.
To qualify for a full merchandise credit, returned books must be in new condition, free from stickers or any damage and pass inspection. A restocking fee of $7 will be applied to cover the handling, inspection, and repackaging of returned items.
Once the return is processed, a Credit Memo will be sent to the bookstore contact via email. All merchandise credits are valid for 24 months from the date of issuance.
