Maven Floor Supervisor Application

Maven Floor Supervisor - part time (Mon-Fri 10-2/morning availability, 15-20hrs per week, and possible weekends if needed)

works closely with sales associates to ensure efficient daily operations
manages store/customer communication
assist and check out customers in the storefront
provides exceptional customer service and creates and builds relationships
organization and upkeep of store front and back area
overseeing and shipping out online orders on ShopMavenNWA.com
maintain accurate online inventory to ensure a trustworthy online presence on ShopMavenNWA.com
must be organized, motivated, and have strong communication skills
oversees and is knowledgeable of all Maven operations, products, software, policies, and systems on the sales floor
receive shipments of new inventory, organize, tag, and put out
this role requires you to be on your feet and interact with customers in the storefront daily
retail experiences preferred

Why would you be a good fit for the Maven Team? *

Our store hours are 10am-6pm Monday-Saturday and 12-5pm Sundays. How many hours per week could you commit to Maven? What specific store hours would you be available to work weekly (ex. 10-2 MWF, all day Tu/Th)? *

This position would be more involved and more responsibility than a regular sales associate. Do you have the organization and self motivating skills to uphold the position requirements? *
