As a sponsor, you are hereby agreeing that the applicant has completed the requirements in accordance with
the Register’s policies including appropriate supervised work experience, thesis, and continuing
education credits earned. Additionally, as a sponsor, you are agreeing that the applicant has accepted
the Register's Code of Conduct, Standards of Research Performance, the Grievance process, and other
policies.
