Core mission of the newly formed ad-hoc AVAS Publication Committee is to provide constructive feedback to the investigative team for the goal of improving quality of the manuscripts and increasing the chances of manuscript acceptance to JAMA Surgery.
All manuscripts and research letters intended for JAMA Surgery AVAS meeting submission MUST be submitted electronically to the AVAS Recorder by 5/10/2024. The ad-hoc AVAS Publication Committee will review all submissions and provide comments/suggestions for the investigative team within 2-3 weeks. Final deadline for submission to JAMA Surgery will be 6/23/2024.
