Friday/Saturday nights (16 regular season games)
Nov/December playoff tournament
Fees are individual and include facility fees, insurance, administration, officials, jersey, and tournament.
You can register as an individual or as a team (please include team captain on this form). *

Fall Co-Ed Adult League ($300)
