Swim Instructor Timesheet

Make sure to finish the setup before we send the payment to avoid delays
Timesheets must be submitted by midnight on the 1st and 15th of each month, and payments will be sent on the 5th and 20th of each month.  Late timesheets may not be paid until the next pay period.

Instructions:

  1. Type your full name and email address. The email address on the timesheet must match the email address on your Dwolla account for the funds to transfer accurately and without delay.
  2. Type the # of clients you had this pay period. You must only include numbers in this field for the form to work correctly.
  3. Type the client’s full name. Please make sure the client’s name matches the original booking email for quickest processing.
  4. Enter the pay per lesson, which was included in the original booking email. You must only include numbers in this field for the timesheet to submit - no $ or other special characters please!
  5. Select which lesson number you left off on after the last pay period. If this is the start of the lesson package, please choose lesson # 1.
  6. Now choose which lesson number you are leaving off on as of this timesheet.
  7. Press calculate next to the total # of lessons to be paid. Then enter the same number of lesson dates as the number calculated in this field. There must be one lesson date for every completed lesson for your pay to be processed without delay.
  8. Please select yes or no if any of the completed lesson dates for this client involved an unusual situation that would affect your pay. If you choose yes, a box will appear where you can write a detailed note about the situation. 
  9. Select yes or no if you’ve submitted all lesson dates/numbers for this entire package. If you have finished the client’s lesson package, you will be given a space to enter any completion or reorder bonus included on the original booking email.
  10. Once you have filled out all the fields, press calculate to estimate what you may be paid for this client this pay period. Any calculations are for reference only and is not confirmed or guaranteed until Sunsational Swim School has officially processed your timesheet.
  11. Bonuses for social media reviews or referrals may be included in the additional bonus section near the bottom of the page. These bonuses will not calculate into the timesheet totals and will be hand processed by Sunsational Swim School.
