IMPORTANT 

Please read before submitting your online application:

1. This application is for new requests only. If you currently have a request that is pending, please follow-up with our Helpline Center.

2. DO NOT fill out an online application if you live in Kent, Covington or North Beacon Hill, please call our Helpline Center as resources may be limited.

3. We are unable to help in Tukwila or South Park.
