~ CANNOT be a nationwide franchise (ie: vacasa, etc...)

Affiliate:

~ HAS between 1-4 vacation rental properties or be a rent by owner.

~ IS located outside of Maine having any amount of properties.

~ CAN be a vendor

~ CANNOT be a nationwide franchise (ie: vacasa, etc...)

Memberships run the calendar year January through December. You will need to renew your membership yearly each January.
