Group Tour Contract / Reservation Form

Please note that some of our tours involve a great deal of walking with city walking tours lasting up to 3
hours. In some parts of Italy and France, many of the hill towns have cobbled streets and some are
very steep. To insure your touring experience is enjoyable, it is important for us to know your physical condition (mobility issues) and ability to keep up with the group. 

Please indicate if you want to share a room. Single room accommodation is available with additional costs.  If you elect to have a roommate, note that we cannot guarantee you one nor that the roommate assigned to you will not change their travel plans. If in the end you are left with no roommate, you will be charged the single supplement requirement. 


We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.  Insurance must be purchased immediately after you make a deposit on any tours or immediately after the purchase of airline tickets or you risk your pre-existing condition being excluded from the policy. Consult the travel insurance company before purchasing.

A deposit of 500Euro is required to reserve a space.  Optional tour extensions available each require a deposit of 250Euro per person to reserve a space. All deposits are non-refundable.

Final payments of remaining balances including costs of options are due 75 days before the tour
start date. The final payment is non-refundable at this point.

*In the event of a tour cancellation by Well Arranged Travel, all payments made are refundable.

We accept checks, credit cards or money orders as payments.
For credit cards, we accept Visa, Master Card and Discover ONLY.

Please note that if you elect to pay by credit card, we will go ahead and charge your card for the final payment or balance of the tour on the due date, which is 75 days before the tour start date.  You must advise us ahead of time if you want to make another arrangement for the final payment.

An invoice will be prepared to calculate all remaining payments due our office. The invoice will be sent to you prior before we charge you account.

All prices are in Euros.  Additional costs may apply for special requests.  Examples: single supplement cost, additional hotel stays for early arrivals or late departures, optional tours, train tickets, private transfers, etc.





NOTE ABOUT TRANSFERS:   European Standards set by local operators for luggage allowance are: (1) big suitcase + (1) carry-on bag per person.  Our vans will hold the standard luggage allowance.  If your party has more luggage than the standard allowance, please advise us ahead of time; as an additional vehicle + charge may be required.  Or, you may choose to hire a taxi to handle the luggage overflow.

Our drivers can wait 1 ½ hour from your flight arrival time.  Unfortunately, they usually have other transfer bookings they must attend to.  If you are delayed at customs and manage to call the driver or the local emergency number, our drivers may be able to wait longer but this cannot be guaranteed.  Regardless, full payment of the transfer booking will be charged for the driver’s service.

You may encouter flight delays, delays while in Customs, or delayed train arrival. What do you do in the unlikely event you missed the transfer you booked?  Look for your guide as agreed. Exit the airport or train station terminal and look for the taxi stand right outside the terminal. Get in line. The queue moves quickly. Remember to ALWAYS go to the taxi stand. Follow the crowd. Do not go with the individual drivers waiting for passengers at the front entrance advertising transfer service.


I understand that to reserve a space on this group tour, a deposit payment is needed. The deposit amounts are indicated above under the Payment section of this booking form. I understand that I am required to make desposit payments for optional tour extensions I elect to purchase and the deposit on these are also non-refundable. I understand the limitations, restrictions imposed on transfer bookings and that the service cannot be completely guaranteed.

I understand that if my assigned roommate cancels and not join the tour, I will be responsible for paying the single supplement requirement, if a replacement roommate is not found.

I understand that if I decide to cancel out of the tour 75 days or less before the tour start date, that all payments I made to Well Arranged Travel are now non-refundable. At this point, I would have already paid WAT (Well Arranged Travel) in full. I inderstand that no refunds are possible at this point.
