This application applies to any public event requested to be held on public streets or property. This includes, but is not limited to an assembly, parade, demonstration, march, race, ceremony, or exhibition, either fixed or processional, involving individuals gathered for a common purpose, due to either prior planning or spontaneous gathering.
This application does
NOT apply to private facility rentals (such as weddings, birthday parties, family reunions, or other similar gatherings). Please contact the Parks & Recreation Department for those needs, or

Effective July 1, 2023, a $100 application fee will be required of the applicant on approval. Other fees may apply.
