We've had a huge evolution over these past years from C4 to CCGBC! We've hosted and co-hosted thousands of educational opportunities to equip our members with the most relevant information about the ever-shifting green building industry. 

We've participated in tens of thousands of advocacy meetings to push for more sustainable (Triple Bottom Line) building codes and regulations. 

We've also hosted 7 Green Awards and Galas with a focus on spotlighting outstanding achievements in building, engineering, city planning, educational programs and more! 

This Gala will be a little different. We realize that every single step toward a more sustainable world...

begins with YOU. 

It begins with people in our community who have expended the extra effort -- to go beyond the minimum requirements and create with the intention for a better future for all whom their projects impact. 

It's about time we celebrate who is doing all the work!

 This year we expand our focus of celebration beyond buildings to our community members, organizations, firms who have been paving the road of designing and creating with the people, the planet, and prosperity in mind.

We're talking about those who are dedicated to leaving this place better than they found it and enabling future generations to thrive due to their hard work and dedication.   

We will still be recognizing outstanding built works and projects which are exceptional examples of sustainable built environments....but that is a different form and judging process entirely.
