HHP - Step 4: Reinforce

Trial Reinforcement – Follow these steps to coordinate with your on-site champion to hold weekly meetings and 2 progress check-ins to maintain momentum

  • Weekly Meetings – These are held throughout the trial period and on-going (if customer wishes) to ensure best practices are shared and the customer is continually enabled to provide feedback
  • 30-day check-in – Coordinate with marketing to create a 30-day check-in deck to review customer progress, you will present their baseline compliance data in this meeting
  • 60-day check-in – coordinate with marketing to create a 30-day check-in deck to review customer progress, you will present progress thus far and opportunity areas for improvement
  • Ongoing: Plan Quarterly Follow-ups, and additional support as needed

Full-Service Support – Follow these steps to coordinate with your on-site champion to ensure any Full Service Implementation is supported & Goals are met

  • Refer to the Implementation Guide for timelines and “To Do’s” in the weeks following an implementation
  • AE = Review customer’s HHCM dashboard data to identify trends/shifts (recommended quarterly)
  • AE = Provide training & in-services as agreed upon with customer
  • AE = While on-site for HHP, take advantage to sell-in additional HH, PRP and environmental hygiene solutions
  • AE = Continually reinforce the value of the Hand Hygiene Program, reminding the customer what their compliance looked like before implementing our PRP Offering
  • FST = Perform Quarterly Preventive Maintenance (check low battery and low product reports on HHCM Dashboard)
  • AE/FST = Always be prepared to provide emergency service, as needed
  • AE/FST = Be present! Ecolab’s value is in our sales and service team. Maintain visibility and anchor a regular presence by checking in with multiple contacts when on site.
