Review customer’s DAZO dashboard data to identify trends/shifts (recommended quarterly)
Provide training & in-services as agreed upon with customer
While on-site for ORP, take advantage to sell-in additional solutions
Continually reinforce the value of ORP
Be prepared to provide emergency service, as needed
Be present! Ecolab’s value is in our sales and service team to maintain visibility across multiple contacts when on site
