ORP Step 4: Reinforce

Create a plan with your customer for follow-up visits after full implementation

  • Refer to the ORP Implementation Guide for “To Do’s” and timelines after the implementation
  • Review customer’s DAZO dashboard data to identify trends/shifts (recommended quarterly)
  • Provide training & in-services as agreed upon with customer
  • While on-site for ORP, take advantage to sell-in additional solutions
  • Continually reinforce the value of ORP
  • Be prepared to provide emergency service, as needed
  • Be present! Ecolab’s value is in our sales and service team to maintain visibility across multiple contacts when on site
