PRP Step 4: Reinforce

Create a Plan for Ongoing Support – Follow these steps to ensure continued coordination with your RSM, FST and on-site champion to maintain the business

  • Refer to the Implementation Guide for timelines and “To Do’s” in the weeks following an implementation
  • AE = Review customer’s DAZO dashboard data to identify trends/shifts (recommended quarterly)
  • AE = Provide training & in-services as agreed upon with customer
  • AE = While on-site for PRP, take advantage to sell-in additional environmental hygiene solutions
  • AE = Continually reinforce the value of the Patient Room Program, reminding the customer what their room cleaning looked like before implementing our PRP Offering
  • FST = Perform Quarterly Preventive Maintenance
  • AE/FST = Always be prepared to provide emergency service, as needed
  • AE/FST = Be present! Ecolab’s value is in our sales and service team. Maintain visibility and anchor a regular presence by checking in with multiple contacts when on site.
